Antsid B.V. (Antsid, we) is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@antsid.com.

What data we process

We only process the data you provide yourself. Through the contact form on this site that is your name, company name, email address and the content of your message. In addition, our web server records technical data such as your IP address and browser type, as is standard, for the security and proper functioning of the website.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to respond to your message and get in touch with you. The legal basis is the performance of your request (steps prior to a possible agreement) and our legitimate interest in communicating with interested parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

How long we keep data

Messages sent through the contact form are kept for a maximum of 12 months. If the contact leads to a client relationship, we keep the data for as long as that relationship and statutory retention obligations require.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes. For the hosting of the website we use GoDaddy; your data is stored on their servers under a data processing agreement. Your form data is stored within our own WordPress environment and forwarded to us by email. We do not engage any other external parties for this.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical cookies required for the operation and security of the site are placed. We do not track your behaviour and do not share data with advertising networks.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The connection to this website is secured with an SSL certificate (https).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to the processing, request restriction of it and exercise the right to data portability. To do so, send an email to info@antsid.com; we respond within four weeks. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version is always available on this page.
